Farmington Hills Figure Skating Club Scholastic All Stars
The Farmington Hills Figure Skating Club All-Stars Program recognizes skaters who have demonstrated excellence in academics. Skaters who qualify for this recognition will have their names posted at the Farmington Hills Ice Arena and their names listed in our Club Newsletter and on our Web Site. If a skater meets the qualifying criteria for both the first and second trimesters or second and third quarters, they receive an All-Star recognition pin.
To be recognized as a Scholastic All-Star in an academic term, the skater must meet the following criteria:
Be enrolled in the third or higher grade.
Have at least the equivalent of a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 point scale, OR be recognized by their school on their honor roll.
Applications must be submitted by February 15 for the first trimester or second quarter and by April 15 for the second trimester or third quarter. Completed applications must be returned to the Farmington Hills Figure Skating mailbox behind the information counter at the Farmington Hills Ice Arena.
